Special regulation - returns of massage chairs
The return of a massage chair (e.g. RS650) incl. accessories cannot be handled by medisana free of charge, i.e. the handling and the return costs for the shipping company are to be paid by the customer.
We recommend using portals such as www.iloxx.de, which transport packages of this size. To avoid transport damage during return, the massage chair must be packed properly for transport.
